My journey started in high school, around 2013–2014, when I first discovered the world of e-commerce and dropshipping. What began as curiosity quickly turned into action — within months, I launched my first online store.

That early experience introduced me to the reality of building and growing a business online. Some projects worked, others became valuable lessons, but each one helped me understand what growth actually requires: not just ideas, but execution, testing, consistency, and structure.

As I continued working in e-commerce, I naturally moved deeper into digital marketing. I became focused not on surface-level metrics, but on performance, sales, customer acquisition, and the systems behind growth. Over time, I worked across advertising, SEO, websites, content, analytics, and different business models — both through my own projects and through helping other companies grow.

Later, while working inside an agency, I saw a common problem more clearly.
Many businesses do not struggle because they lack ambition. They struggle because growth becomes fragmented. Ads, content, websites, tracking, reporting, follow-ups, and strategy are often handled separately, by different people, with no clear system connecting everything together.
The result is usually confusion, slow execution, weak accountability, and business owners left trying to manage too many moving parts alone.

That realization became one of the reasons behind Proactive Hive.
Proactive Hive was built as an external growth team for businesses that want to scale, but are not yet ready to build a full internal growth department. Instead of offering isolated services, we help businesses identify what is slowing them down, organize the work around a clear structure, and execute through a coordinated team.
